Shipping Rates
I strive to offer the most reliable and cost-effective shipping options.
My shipping rates are based on the volumetric weight of your order:
Small Artwork (below 11 x 8 inches or 0.5 lb): $35
Medium Artwork (below 16 x 12 inches or 1 lb): $55
Large Artwork (below 30 x 24 inches or 2 lb): $75
Extra Large Artwork (below 36 x 36 inches or 3 lb): $95
For orders that include multiple items within the same weight category, I offer a discounted rate to reflect the minimal additional shipping cost.

Shipping Methods
All artworks are shipped in protective packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Please note again that art on canvas will be shipped rolled in a mailing tube (except within Malaysia) to save you costs on shipping.
Processing Time
I typically process orders within 1-3 business days. However, I will keep you informed if there are any delays. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email.
Art Prints need an additional 4-5 days of processing time.
International Shipping
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which is not included in the shipping fee and is subjected to the customs department of the destination country.
Returns and Exchanges
Unfortunately, I’m unable to offer returns or exchanges at the moment, due to high shipping costs but do email me at emy@emythiran.com if you have any problems. (So far, I have not had any packaging or shipping issues)
